Join as a beautiful venue in Wales for a day of movement, mindful nutrition, and a delicious lunchtime meal. Begin the day with an energising Pilates session, followed by a nutrition workshop. After a nutritious, locally catered lunchtime meal, we’ll head outdoors for a walk in the beautiful surroundings.
